Today, he proudly continues his family's legacy through integrity, excellence, and trusted service.
Nelson Bello
Senior Project Manager
Nelson Bello serves as a Project Manager, drawing on three decades of industry experience. Formerly with Cushman & Wakefield, he brings seasoned leadership and technical mastery to our team. Nelson is dedicated to ensuring operational efficiency and superior build quality.
Michael Otis
Chief Estimator
As a seasoned Professional Estimator, Michael Otis brings deep-rooted expertise to the construction landscape. Originally from Florida, he successfully transitioned his career to the New York market. Michael is committed to delivering precise budgeting and strategic oversight to guarantee that every project achieves its full potential.
Erion Murati
Operations Director
Erion Murati earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from the College of Staten Island and now leads day-to-day field and office operations as Operations Director, coordinating crews, schedules, and resources to keep every project on time and on budget.
Victor Cerda
Design Coordinator
Victor Cerda specializes in luxury residential design and technical coordination. His keen eye for detail ensures that aesthetic vision translates perfectly into structural reality, bridging the gap between design concepts and final craftsmanship for every project at A+.

Safety Compliance Director
Isaac Paquiyauri is a safety expert with extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and NYC compliance standards. He oversees all safety protocols on-site, ensuring our crew and clients work within a secure and regulated environment, prioritizing structural integrity and personnel protection.

Our family's journey into the construction industry started when our founder immigrated from Montenegro to Italy in search of opportunity and a better future which then led him to The United States. Through hard work, determination, and an unwavering commitment to quality, he established a construction business built on trust, craftsmanship, and integrity—values that continue to define our company today.
